In a quiet house off a dusty dirt road, Scott gave his life to Christ in the spring of 2010. After flying through books, and sifting through Christian content anywhere he could, he started knocking on the office door of a local pastor saying, “Put me in coach. I’m called to ministry.” And that guy was crazy enough to give him a shot.
Over the course of the past decade, Scott Statson has had a fruitful ministry in a variety of settings. In 2018, the Lord led Scott & Amanda to plant a church, The Way Church, in Fenton, Michigan to help people find and follow Jesus. Through biblical expository preaching, as well as his bi-weekly podcast, The Narrow, Scott seeks to grow deeper disciples of Jesus.
